We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support both Human Resources and Talent Acquisition functions within a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with employee-facing interactions and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The HR Coordinator will play a key role in onboarding new employees, maintaining HR systems and records, supporting recruiting activities, and providing exceptional service to employees and candidates. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable multitasking, and enjoys working with people.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Administration- Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy.
- Perform routine audits, reporting, and data integrity checks.
- Manage confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
- Prepare onboarding materials and ensure a seamless employee onboarding experience.
- Complete employment verification documentation, including I-9 processing.
- Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for employees and new hires.
- Assist with job postings and recruiting administration.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate logistics.
- Support offer preparation, background checks, and hiring workflows.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor HR inboxes and respond to or route employee inquiries appropriately.
- Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to both HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years of Human Resources experience.
- 2 years of experience using an HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing requests and effectively multitask.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Greenwood Village, CO.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience supporting both HR and recruiting functions.
- Experience facilitating employee onboarding or orientation programs.
