Customer Service Rep - Part Time

Lakeshore Talent is teaming up with a major international food services company in Chicago, IL, and we're on the lookout for Customer Service Reps for part time, temporary work.  

Summer work available - great for college students, seniors, teachers or anyone looking for part time temporary work over the summer.  

Must be able to pass a background check. 

This is a great job to do when you are between jobs!

Details:

• Location: Chicago, IL

• Hours: 9 - 3. (No weekends or evenings!)

Pay: $16.60 per hour.

Job Duties:

• Pretend to be a customer by placing and picking up food orders in a quick-service restaurant setup.

• Scan barcodes to ensure timing of orders.

• Hand out customer order tickets in different areas of the lab.

• Use stopwatches, notebooks, and tablets to note observations and timings.

• Take fake food orders in a quick-service restaurant setting.

• Help restock small amounts of food and paper items.

Required:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Flexible and adaptable in a constantly changing environment.

• Work well with others.

• Stick to instructions and routines.

• Stay focused on tasks.

• Be patient.

• Keep a neat appearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and walk during the day.
