Accounts Payable Specialist

Lakeshore Talent is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AP Specialist to join a dynamic team in Greenwood Village! This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the accounts payable process within a growing company that values innovation and teamwork. The position is a 3 month contract to start, and offers a starting pay rate of $24-$25 per hour, with potential for extension and possible permanent placement based on performance and company growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily AP invoice entry, ensuring accurate 3-way match transactions, generating and processing AP payments, reviewing and entering credit card expenditures, and performing month-end AP reconciliation. You'll work within a fast-paced environment that appreciates precision and efficiency, supported by a team dedicated to continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• Experience with 3-way match process in accounts payable
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems, ideally Oracle Fusion (ERP experience required)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience with Oracle Fusion
• Knowledge of accounting principles and finance operations
• Previous experience in a high-volume AP processing environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of accounts payable experience, especially with ERP systems and invoice processing

Other Requirements:

• US Citizenship and passing background check are mandatory
• Ability to pass clearance for onsite interviews (passport, birth certificate, ID)
• Standard background screening before onboarding
• Strict adherence to 8-5 work hours, onsite in Greenwood Village with remote flexibility not currently available
