Key responsibilities
Guerrilla marketing lead generation
- Bring fresh, high-energy marketing ideas to the neighborhood
- Run promotions and campaigns that drive leads and memberships
- Track what’s working and refine based on results
- Coordinate messaging tied to club programming and adult events
Neighborhood partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations
- Create partnership opportunities that increase awareness and bring in new faces
- Represent Lakeshore professionally and follow up consistently
Front desk customer experience
- Lead with hospitality at the front desk—friendly, fast, and welcoming
- Coach and support the team to ensure strong service every time
- Own follow-up on questions, tours, leads, and guest needs
- Step in to help resolve issues quickly and positively
Adult events programming support
- Help promote and support adult events that attract the right audience
- Support guest flow and the overall event experience
- Capture opportunities and leads before and after events
