SCOPE
The Senior Analyst will be an integral member of the FP&A team at a privately held real estate investment firm that specializes in manufactured housing. This position will be instrumental in generating robust metrics by analyzing financial and operating data and by evaluating vertically integrated business units. This position will work closely with senior team members, both to navigate the business and to ensure analytics are applied to drive best practices. The ideal candidate will – beyond technical proficiency – keep sight of the big picture and think critically to add value.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Extract, clean and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
· Develop, maintain and optimize detailed financial models (budget templates, variance analysis)
· Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic planning, investment decisions and operational improvements e.g. defeasance, land development, hold-sell
· Create reporting materials, including quarterly reports, ensuring clarity and data accuracy
· Track debt financing terms and performance across the portfolio
· Participate in ad-hoc projects as required demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to the organization’s objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar field; MBA or MA preferred
· 5-10 years of experience
· Previous real estate experience is required
· Proficient at financial modeling; fluent with Excel, sensitivity analysis, and pivot tables
· Ability to take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
· Advanced degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
· Prefer familiarity with integrating AI tools (Chat GPT or similar) into data analysis and modeling
· Extremely attentive to details and high level of quality control
· Utmost level of personal and professional integrity
· Excellent communication skills

COMPENSATION: Range – 95,000 – 115,000
LOCATION: Home Office – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote- subject to change at any time)
