Job Summary
Lakeshore Industrial is growing, and we’re ready to intentionally expand our distributor and rental partner network.
This is not a maintenance sales role.
This is a build-and-own role.
You will be the only one in this role and will have the opportunity to shape a system your own way while working directly with leadership.
You will be the person responsible for:
- Developing new distributor, resale, and rental partnerships
- Strengthening existing B2B relationships
- Helping shape how our sales and channel strategy evolves

Primary Duties
- Finding, pursuing, and building lasting relationships with distributors and equipment rental companies.
- You will be responsible for building your own systems using prior knowledge and experiences
- Utilize CRM (HubSpot) to organize and automate tasks.
- Assist in creating and utilizing your own sales presentations to the proper decision makers.
- Build upon already existing relationships.
Secondary Duties
- Quote opportunities and assist inbound sales in quoting when necessary.
- Work with contractors, construction companies, and crane companies to close sales opportunities.
- Follow market trends to identify potential future business.
- Work with leadership on developing messaging and growth strategies to attract and close more leads.
Experience
- 2 or more years in business development or outbound sales experience.
- Comfort in working with distributors and building lasting relationships.
- Prior use and knowledge of a CRM.
- Prior experience in the construction or manufacturing industries is preferred but not necessary.
- Must be a motivated individual looking to grow with the business, not just a person chasing a title.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
