What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pro-Sell Support Rep position at Lakeshore Beverage?
Lakeshore Beverage is seeking a Pro-Sell Support Representative based in Arlington Heights, IL, supporting the North Suburbs territory, including Lake and McHenry County. This role is responsible for conducting quarterly in-person visits to designated accounts to sell in Lakeshore Beverage products, promote the e-commerce/BEES platform, and coordinate point-of-sale (POS) placements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain required in-person retail call frequency and accurately document all required account information in Mobility 360 sales software in alignment with Lakeshore Beverage standards.
- Partner with the Pro-Sell Team Lead to support additional in-person account needs, including POS delivery and BEES/e-commerce platform training.
- Respond to, investigate, and resolve retailer inquiries or issues, escalating to appropriate team members when needed.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality control standards, including product freshness and FPL requirements.
- Manage account receivables for assigned accounts as needed.
- Complete all required administrative duties, including reporting, tracking, and customer account maintenance.
- Onboard and support retailers in using the BEES/e-commerce platform for online ordering.
- Coordinate closely with Delivery and Sales teams to ensure effective and timely account servicing.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable legal requirements and Lakeshore Beverage policies and standards.
- Introduce and actively sell Lakeshore Beverage brands and programs to retail accounts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Lakeshore Beverage products and understand assigned territory boundaries.
- Process and fulfill customer requests for point-of-sale materials
- Attend all required sales meetings and company meetings.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills, including maintaining composure and effectively negotiating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong internal and external customer-focused mindset.
- Effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Required to work in-office or in the field five days a week, with most of the work week will be in-trade
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School diploma/GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Driving record acceptable to the Company
- Proof of automobile insurance
- Highly self-motivated and able to work hours as required (weekends, nights, and holidays)
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal liquor laws.
