Responsibilities includes assisting individuals with gaining access to medical, social, educational, and other needed resources, including provision of rehabilitative and skills training, case management, care coordination, treatment planning, crisis services, as well as documentation of client progress. Also provides supported employment and telemedicine services.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a qualified human services field, including psychology, social work, counseling, sociology, human development, gerontology, educational psychology, special education, nursing or medicine. Must have a valid Texas driver's license and acceptable driving record, as well as personal liability insurance as required by the state of Texas. Working computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in one of the qualified human services fields noted above; two years of related work experience in a mental health setting; knowledge of psychotropic medications and DSM V; and bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
