Location: Loudon, New Hampshire
Lakes Region HVAC is looking for a motivated and reliable HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This position is open to candidates of all experience levels — no prior HVAC experience required. We are willing to train the right person. Pay is competitive and based on experience, skill level, and performance.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Install heating, air conditioning, ductwork, and related equipment
- Follow safety procedures and company installation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Communicate professionally with customers when on site
Qualifications
- No HVAC experience required — we will train
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditions
- EPA certification is a plus but not required
