Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician located in New London, NH. The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve identifying and resolving system malfunctions, maintaining appropriate records, and adhering to safety and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in performing Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance for HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting HVAC systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Experience with EPA compliance and certifications are required.
- Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction by providing excellent service and professional communication.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Relevant HVAC technician certification and a valid driver’s license.
