We are excited to continue growing and are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join and grow with our team.
The goal of this role is to assist customers in selecting the right Verizon wireless plans, devices, computers (Windows & Mac), and accessories while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Be the face of Lakes Region Computer, providing solutions to customer challenges, ensuring satisfaction.
- Promote and sell Verizon wireless plans, devices, and related services.
- Assist customers in choosing Windows and Mac computers that fit their needs and answer product questions.
- Recommend and sell cell phone accessories, including cases, chargers, and audio products.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Verizon offerings, computer specifications, and accessory trends.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and bundling products/services.
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales and customer interactions.
- Support and maintain an organized, proactive sales environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn and explain technical products clearly.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexible schedule to cover weekday/weekend shifts as needed.
