We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Server / Bartender. This dual-role position is responsible for bartending, serving food and beverages to guests on the gaming floor as well as in the dining room. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and state regulations.
- Take food and drink orders from guests both at the bar, on the gaming floor, and in the dining room.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and service area.
- Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to requests or concerns.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and quality service.
- Adhere to all gaming and liquor service guidelines and policies.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Prior experience in bartending and/or food service preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must possess or be able to obtain any necessary food handler or alcohol service certifications required by the state.
