What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food and Beverage Sales Associate position at LakePoint Sports?
Summary and Attributes:
LakePoint Sports is seeking individuals who want to play a key role in providing excellent guest experience through our Food and Beverage department. Sales Associates will operate a POS system and fulfill food/beverage orders for guests during event operations. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take guests orders at the counter/kiosk
- Provide an excellent guest experience
- Coordinate food orders to guarantee timely and efficient delivery to guests
- Manage the register, including all card and cash transactions
- Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period
Qualifications:
• Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must have a valid Georgia Driver’s License.
• Must be able to follow all policies and procedures.
• Able to prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Must possess a positive attitude and reflection of our CHAMPIONS values
Work Environment:
The work environment for this position is a concessions/restaurant setting. Work areas may be indoors or outside of the facility, meaning that weather elements may affect surroundings.
