Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our Skilled Nursing team. The CNA will provide essential support and personal care to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care
- Promote a safe and supportive environment for residents
- Help Residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting
- Assist with mobility, including transferring Residents between beds, wheelchairs, and other locations
- Be kind, caring and respectful
Qualifications:
- Valid CNA certification in Kansas
- Prior experience in Skilled Nursing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
