If yes, Lakemary is looking for a Senior Director of Admissions and Outreach for our Children's Residential Service Program. This position will provide direct oversight of the admissions team. They are responsible for establishing and maintaining smooth work flows internally and upholding a positive image of Lakemary to external teams.
Senior Director of Admissions and Outreach Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with agency partners, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Own admissions pipeline from initial inquiry to admission to meet census goals.
- Establishes and implements effective communication strategies to ensure clear consistent and proactive engagement with agencies.
- Become well versed in each state’s specific funding process’
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Program Officer of Children’s Services to plan, coordinate, and prepare for admissions, ensuring seamless communication and operational readiness.
- Maintains and oversees admission data tracking and reporting systems to monitor referral and admission pipeline performance, analyze trends, and prepare accurate, timely reports for the executive leadership team and external agencies in accordance with reporting requirements.

- Ability to be flexible and work in different residential and treatment situations to accommodate the disabilities of the child and treatment service needs.
- Each individual working shall be qualified by temperament, emotional maturity, judgment, and understanding of residents necessary to maintain the health, comfort, safety, and welfare of individuals placed in psychiatric residential treatment facilities. KDHE PRTF Regulations 28-4-1207(a)
Senior Director of Admissions and Outreach Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Project Management, or comparable fields preferred
- 3 years’ experience working in an office setting; Experience working with children and individuals with development and/or psychiatric disabilities preferred.
Other Job Details:
- Day Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm
- Starting pay: $75,000- $80,000

Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
