$2,500 Sign on Bonus ($1,250 paid out in 6 months and $1,250 paid out in 1 year)
$75,000-$85,000 (depends on experience)

Full time: Day hours 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE

Job Summary:
This position will work with children with developmental disabilities and co-occurring psychiatric diagnosis, in a residential environment. This position includes completing functional behavior assessments, creating behavioral plans, and being the treatment team lead for no more than five clients. Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary treatment team and providing consultation to a multi-disciplinary treatment team. NO BILLABLE HOURS. Collaborative focus with clinicians, BCBA's, and residential supervisors on behavioral plan development and program fidelity.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee implementation of PBIS and tiered system and provide data-driven feedback on implementation strategies.
- Assist in staff trainings related to PBIS, PBIS tiered interventions, Pyramidal Behavioral Skills Training.
- Conduct treatment fidelity assessments to ensure proper implementation of the behavior support plan.
- Develop data collection systems and behavior support programs for individuals.
- Training caregivers on positive behavioral strategies.
- Overseeing the treatment of high acuity clients in a residential setting with no more than five clients.
- Develop ABA focused treatment plans along with implementation of Behavioral Skills Training with direct care staff on behavioral plans.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in applied behavior analysis or related field.
- Licensed or licensed eligible as a Licensed Behavioral Analyst (LBA).
- Certified or eligible for BCBA certification.
