Education Administrative Assistant

If yes, Lakemary is looking for an Education Administrative Assistant for our Children's Program. This position will work closely with the principal and school personnel. This position will be responsible for duties that support best practices in the delivery of services.
Education Administrative Assistant:
- Maintaining all Kansas Department of Education websites and spreadsheets for enrollment, discharge, and transcripts.
- Working with the principal for al USD 368 building reports and requirements.
- Maintain a revolving database for all service providers, students, outside school districts, contacts, and educational partners.
- Facilitate and coordinate annual school pictures, maintenance needs, upkeep of educational copier and filing the storage room
- Documentation of Progress notes, records/reporting to outside agencies
- Many numerous administrative duties as assigned.
An ideal candidate for this position has:
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to complete multiple tasks within a given timeframe
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Clear, friendly written and verbal communication skills
Education Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- Three years minimum of administrative work experience preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age
Other Job Details:
- Day Hours: Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm
- Starting pay: $ 17.50/hour
