$5,000 Employment Incentive- Evening BHT only- You must work 1 weekend shift scheduled weekly. $2,500 at 6 months and $2,500 at 1 year employment anniversary.

If yes, Lakemary is looking for a Behavioral Health Technician for our Children's Residential Service Program. In this role you will work with children in the classroom & residential setting during day and evening hours. This role functions under general supervision of a Campus Coach. You will be working in an environment that is well supported.
Behavioral Health Tech Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate driven care and supervision of children and youth.
- Learn and apply each child's treatment plan and implement therapeutic interventions as necessary.
- Intervene in crisis situations, including physical management of residents, using approved crisis management system and skills.
- Complete all documentation by the end of shift.

Behavioral Health Tech Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age
Other Job Details:
- Starting pay: $19.00/hour- Shift differential up to $24.00/hour on Saturday and Sunday
- Evening shifts available. These are 10 hour shifts.
- 12pm-10pm
- 6am-4pm on Saturday and Sunday
Day Behavioral Health Technician positions open!
- Monday- Friday 8 hour shifts
- Starting wage: $16.00
- Hours: 7am- 3:15pm
