Resident Services Coordinator

As a Resident Services Coordinator/Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for supervising and training caregivers, medication technicians, and other support staff, while also coordinating resident care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Supervision & Training: Supervise caregivers and medication technicians, ensuring quality care and adherence to policies. Conduct new employee orientations, complete skills checklists, and maintain ongoing competency validations.
• Resident Care & Service Coordination: Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents.
• Lead daily staff huddles and communicate updates effectively.
• Complete administrative tasks, including tracking staff compliance, maintaining training records, and monitoring staff performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor frontline staff
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• 2 years of experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred
• Experience in medication management and familiarity with state regulations
• Prior experience conducting staff training and coaching
