Two- and Three-Year-Old Teacher Christian Learning Center | Lakeland, FL
We are seeking a caring, patient, and dependable teacher who loves children and has a desire to see them learn and grow. Our Christian learning center provides a nurturing environment where children can explore, build friendships, and discover God’s love.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, welcoming classroom for two- and three-year-olds.
- Plan age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play, stories, music, art, and movement.
- Help children develop language, social skills, independence, and positive habits.
- Incorporate simple Bible stories, prayer, and Christian values into daily activities.
- Guide behavior with patience, kindness, and consistency.
- Assist with toileting, potty training, meals, rest time, and other daily needs.
- Communicate with parents about their child’s progress and needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom and work cooperatively with staff.
Qualifications
- A love for children and enthusiasm for helping them learn.
- Patience, creativity, dependability, and strong communication skills.
- A willingness to support the center’s mission and values.
- Experience working with young children preferred.
- Willingness to complete required screenings and applicable childcare training.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
