General labor/maintenance for commercial property management company. Duties include general maintenance for three commercial properties in Waco. Duties include pick up trash, painting, watering, trimming, etc. Experience in painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical or HVAC experience a plus, but not necessary. Applicant can work from 25 to 40 hours, depending on what hours they want. Must be able to do heavy lifting and work outdoors. Must have reliable transportation. Salary starts at $16-$18/hr depending on experience.
