Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and use common office software, including Google applications (with an emphasis on Google Sheets)
- Proficiency in written and verbal English, including correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Ability to successfully complete a bookkeeping test
- Prior experience processing timesheets and calculating trip sheets preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated clerical skills
- Ability to work effectively with staff, students, and the general public
