The Delivery Driver Inventory Technician plays a vital role in supporting field operations by ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time. This role directly impacts efficiency, cleanliness standards, and overall guest readiness.
2.0 Position Overview
Deliver Driver Inventory Tech is responsible for transporting, handling, organizing, and distributing linens and property inventory between hub locations and vacation rental properties. This role focuses heavily on material handling, logistics coordination, and maintaining accurate, organized inventory flow to support cleaning and inspection teams.
This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and safe, reliable driving practices.

1. Education / Certification / License

- Clean driving record

- Experience in logistics, warehouse, delivery, or hospitality operations
3. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to follow logistics processes and inventory systems
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic technology skills for tracking and communication
4. Physical
- Ability to lift and move items weighing a minimum of 50 pounds
- Frequent lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading of materials
- Ability to safely navigate stairs while carrying items
- Ability to traverse uneven exterior surfaces at properties

- Ability to manage multiple stops and priorities throughout the day
- Problem-solving within established systems and routes
- Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in repetitive tasks

6.0 Authority
- Authority to organize and distribute inventory per company protocols
- Authority to report inventory shortages, discrepancies, or operational concerns
7.0 Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate transport of linens and inventory between locations
- Support field teams with properly stocked and staged materials
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of hub and vehicle inventory
- Contribute to efficient operational flow and readiness standards
8.0 Duties and Tasks

- Transport clean and soiled linens between hub locations and properties
- Load, unload, sort, and organize inventory and materials
- Distribute linens, supplies, and other items to support cleaning and inspection teams
- Collect and return used linens and materials to designated locations
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of company vehicle and storage areas
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and logistics protocols
- Report inventory needs, shortages, or discrepancies
- Assist with inventory counts and organization projects as needed
