Join our dynamic team as our Activities Center Supervisor where your primary responsibility will be overseeing the general operations of our Activities Center and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere is provided to all guests.

Duties:
- Maintain weekly employee schedules to ensure adequate staff is maintained to provide efficient services to guests.
- Provide direct oversight, training, guidance and support to ensure your team meets goals and performs tasks effectively.
- Provide exceptional guest service to guests, while displaying a joyous and kind attitude.
- Maintain adequate inventory of recreation equipment and gift shop products.
- Responsible for a budget and daily deposits.
- General cleaning of the Activities Center building including but not limited to vacuum and mop floors, windows, trash, sanitizing equipment.
- General maintenance tasks including but not limited to paint touch-up, stain removal, moving and repairing recreation equipment.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests, group leaders, and fellow team members.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and cope with interruption.
- Strong human relations and interpersonal skills with the ability to work harmoniously with different personality types.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer experience and knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Must be available to work in other departments.
- Must be available to work extended hours on short notice.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to lift/move up to 75 pounds unaided.
- Must be able to stand/walk for consecutive hours.
