Duties

- Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product information or demos when needed
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and confidence
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and properly displayed
- Upsell products by highlighting relevant items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and managing inventory levels
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette or in person, ensuring a positive shopping experience
