Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Director of Fiscal Services, the Fiscal Services Technician II is responsible for aspects of finance from accounts payable to student accounts receivable and from payroll to the creation of financial documents. This position perform a variety of relatively complex technical functions which may include items such as accounts payable and receivable, student receivables, assisting with portions of payroll data entry, employee absence tracking, and assisting the director and accountant with pulling reports for monthly reports.
Minimum Qualifications
Any combination equivalent to: associate degree in a related field plus one year of related experience.
Compensation
Salary Range: LTCC offers a competitive compensation package that includes a starting placement salary of $47,531 to $52,493 annually, dependent on education and experience. There is potential to reach $60,879 annually, through step advancement plus longevity when appropriate. In addition to base salary, this position qualifies for extra bilingual (Spanish), masters or doctorate pay.
