Position Overview:
This is a flexible, team-driven role combining Host, Busser, and Expo responsibilities. You’ll be an essential part of keeping service running smoothly, supporting both guests and staff throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Host Duties:
- Greet guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Manage waitlists and seating flow during busy shifts
- Answer phones and assist with reservations or inquiries
Busser Duties:
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly
- Support servers by keeping the dining room organized
- Refill water and assist guests as needed
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant
Expo Duties:
- Organize and run food from the kitchen to tables
- Ensure orders are accurate and presented properly
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff
- Keep the expo line clean and efficient
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person
- Availability for nights, weekends, and busy shifts
