Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in supporting our recruitment

out of our Waunakee office. This role is responsible for recruiting
non-exempt positions, building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline,
and cultivating external relationships to expand our community and
employer outreach. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist
partners closely with current associates to support engagement
initiatives and create a positive, connected workplace culture. This is

Screen and interview applicants for positions in keeping with company
recruitment practices. Complete reference and other appropriate
background checks. Along with the supervisor, recommend top candidates
to the Chief Talent Officer. Work with Talent Officer to source
candidates and increase employer brand awareness by attending job fairs
and establishing community partnerships with local organizations,
schools, groups, etc. In conjunction with the Talent Officer, develop
external relationships with diversity and professional organi-zations,
colleges and high schools to increase company outreach efforts and brand
awareness. Provide timely follow up with applicants and makes
appropriate notations in ATS system. Compose and place advertisements
for job postings, including but not limited to company website, local
job centers, colleges, social media, etc. Assist in the development of
job descriptions and maintain database for all positions in the bank.
Maintain the ATS system and be one of the \'experts\' in using that
system. In conjunction with other members of the HR and L&D teams,
coordinate onboarding for new hires. Provide administrative support
