Lake Regional Health System is seeking a dedicated, professional Certified Surgical Tech First Assist to join our Surgery team who can provide personalized, high-quality care to our community. Our Surgical Techs have an opportunity to grow their skills through in house training and development. Certified Surgical Tech First Assist wage is based on years of experience in the role.
What Are We Looking For?
An individual who has graduated from a Surgical Technology or related curriculum program. In addition, Lake regional is looking for an individual who is seeking a collaborative care approach and actively participates in our perioperative UBC to ensure cohesive patient care! Experience in a multidisciplinary operating room in an acute care hospital is preferred experience.
