$5,000 sign-on bonus with two year work commitment for LPN or MA hires only. Internal RN candidates will be considered for this position.
The purpose of this position is to provide nursing care to patients and this role will float to provide support in primary care and cardiology. The LPN or MA has contact with patients, patient families and visitors, hospital employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position.

Hours/Shifts
80 hours biweekly, Day shifts. This role will float to support providers in primary care and cardiology.
Compensation
If hired as an LPN, the pay range is $23.10-$31.06/hour. If hired as a Medical Assistant, the range is $21.99- $28.15/hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications
This position requires current licensure in Minnesota as an LPN, or Medical Assistant certification. This position also requires Healthcare Provider level CPR certification within six months of hire.
