Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in our skilled nursing and long-term care facility
Conduct assessments, document care, and follow care plans
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
Provide compassionate support to residents and families
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Qualifications
Current RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of Ohio
Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab preferred
Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and communication
Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality care
