The following temporary position is available for the school year as noted below:
POSITION: SCHOOL SOCIAL WORKER - 1.0 FTE
AVAILABILITY: February 13, 2026 (anticipated) through May 20, 2026, with crossover training on February 11,
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university
- Proper licensure required
- EL Endorsement preferred
- Spanish speaking preferred
- CADC certification preferred
- Experience preferred
- Proficient with PCs, tablets, and other mobile electronic devices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and cloud-based applications
- Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed
- Demonstrated aptitude as a self-starter who works with minimal supervision
- Effective interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills
- Effective communication, human relations, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong orientation toward providing customer service
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work positively and productively with adults and high school-age students

RESPONSIBILITIES: School Social Worker
SALARY/RATE: Prorated based on contracted days worked. TBD – per Appendix A Licensed Salary Schedule - Negotiated Agreement
