Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- As an office assistant you will be assisting the business office manager in administrative, billing, accounting, and office functions of the facility.
- You will assist with the management and oversight of bookkeeping functions.
- You will maintain and reconcile the facility's checkbook.
- You will help by assuming the business office manager's duties in their absence.
Office Assistant Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures and the ability to learn.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
