Responsibilities

• Clean commercial office buildings according to detailed checklists.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect designated areas.
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, conference rooms, and offices.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Restock restroom and kitchen supplies when provided.
• Lock and secure the building after service when required.
• Report any maintenance concerns or damages immediately.
• Take before-and-after photos when requested.
• Maintain consistent quality at every visit.

Requirements

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone with internet access.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical work.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends when needed.
• Must communicate in a timely and professional manner.

Independent Contractor Requirements

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not an employee position.

Preference will be given to contractors who have:

• General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain it)
• Their own cleaning equipment and supplies (depending on the contract)
• Experience servicing commercial clients
