Lake Naomi Club, a Platinum Country Club located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains, is seeking motivated Dishwashers to join our Food & Beverage Team for the upcoming summer season. We offer competitive hourly rates, and the use of the Club's amenities while employed. Offering a $1,000 incentive if a candidate is hired and works through Labor Day.
- Ensure dishes are sanitized and available as needed.
- Keep sanitation solution up to local code standards at all times.
- Set up/close down dish machine according to established procedures.
- Maintain daily cleanliness of dish machine and surrounding areas.
- Wash plates, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils according to sanitation and cleaning procedures.
- Replace clean plates on specified shelves.
- Keep garbage cans empty and replace with clean garbage bags.
- Keep kitchen area clean by sweeping and mopping floors.
- Clean and sanitize throughout shift.
- Trouble-shoot dishwasher machine malfunctions.
- Keep Executive Chef and Sous Chef promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with other employees to foster and promote a cooperative working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
