Office Assistant — Lake Mason Campground (Seasonal, Part-Time)

We're growing fast, and we're looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Office Assistant to help keep Lake Mason Campground running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
Answering phones, taking reservations, and taking messages
Greeting and directing visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude
Opening, routing, and distributing incoming mail and correspondence
Processing payments and following up on leads
Handling light collection efforts for delinquent accounts
Pitching in with light cleaning around the facility
Other duties as assigned — every day looks a little different!
What You Bring
High school diploma/GED and at least 2 years of office administration experience
A genuine customer-care focus, whether in person, in writing, or on the phone
A professional, positive, team-oriented attitude
A willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong writing skills for routine reports/correspondence, and the ability to present information to groups
Comfort with basic math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing across units of measure)
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
Good to Know
This role is regularly on your feet, standing, walking, sitting, and reaching are all part of the day, along with occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. You'll frequently lift/move up to 35 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Compensation: $14–$16/hour, non-exempt. A full hook-up site may be negotiated as an alternative form of compensation in exchange for a lower hourly rate. Days and hours may vary based on resort needs.
