Compensation: Salary: Based on Experience: $30-50 (Min 7 years)
Hours: (Full Time) Monday-Friday Hours: 8-5pm

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Specialist and Supply Chain Manager to oversee our inventory management and our global supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability of quality goods and services at the right time and place, while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing waste.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective inventory management policies, procedures, and systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels, order history, and product specifications.
Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, while minimizing supply chain risks.
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, including conducting regular physical inventory counts and reconciling variances.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and adjust supply chain strategies and processes as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure the availability of quality goods and services at competitive prices.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, vendors, and partners to optimize costs and ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, sales, and customer service, to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the supply chain.
Develop and manage the budget for inventory management and supply chain operations, ensuring that expenditures are within budgetary guidelines and in line with business objectives.
Mandatory: Highly experienced with QuickBooks Enterprise to manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor data.
Experience with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field. Masters “preferred”
At least 7 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain management, or related field.
HR Experience Major
Strong understanding of inventory management principles, concepts, and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective inventory management and supply chain strategies and processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software, including mandatory proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise. Oracle NetSuite experience is acceptable
