Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
- Shift: Flexible (Days, Weekends, Seasonal Needs)
- Department: Grounds / Maintenance
What You’ll Do
- Maintain cleanliness of resort grounds, including guest areas and lakeside property
- Pick up trash and debris (paper, cigarette butts, etc.) across the property
- Empty outdoor garbage cans and maintain waste areas
- Perform basic landscaping tasks such as weeding, planting flowers, and lawn care
- Rake seaweed and maintain shoreline areas as needed
- Assist with seasonal work, including snow removal in winter
- Complete daily work logs and communicate completed tasks
- Use protective equipment and follow all safety guidelines
- Support additional grounds and maintenance duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor work experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Reliable and team-oriented
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Outdoor, physically active role
- Exposure to weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
- Frequent walking, bending, lifting, and manual labor
