Provide quality, diverse and customer focused programming for varying community age demographics, interests and needs.
- Description of Essential Functions (critical tasks)
Essential Job Functions:
1. Perform professional duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
2. Submit proposals per class including proposed budget.
3. Develop curriculum for non-credit courses including a submission of a complete syllabus and learning objectives.
4. Provide classroom instruction in accordance with stated objectives and established course outline.
5. Maintain accurate reporting (attendance, evaluations, etc.)
6. Assist with marketing and recruitment of students for classes as needed.- Specific Functional Job Requirements
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent, or applicable relevant experience.
Experience Requirements: Demonstrate proficiency in proposed area.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills.
Personal Requirements: Excellent organizational skills, professional attitude, cultural awareness and sensitivity, ability to work with others.
Physical: Dependent upon proposed courses.
Other: Prior teaching experience is preferred.
