The Role
You are the trusted advisor, not a brochure reader. This role requires hands-on product knowledge, confident on-water presence, and disciplined customer communication. You’ll guide buyers from first conversation to delivery—and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating boats confidently for demos, walkthroughs, and deliveries
- Educating buyers using real boat lingo (not guessing, not Googling)
- Managing customer communication, follow-up, and deal progression
- Building long-term relationships—not one-and-done transactions
- Coordinating with service, operations, and management for clean hand-offs
- Maintaining accurate records, notes, and pipeline status – CRM mandatory
