Restaurant Support Staff

Lake Inn is a high-energy, waterfront restaurant on Lake Nepessing—busy, fast-moving, and a ton of fun during the summer season.

We’re hiring Support Staff (Hosts, Bussers, Food Runners) to help keep things running smoothly during our busiest time of year.

This role is a great way to get your foot in the door in the restaurant industry.

No experience? No problem! We’ll train you. What matters most is your energy, reliability, and work ethic.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude
• Reset and maintain clean, organized tables and dining areas
• Run food quickly and accurately from kitchen to table
• Support servers and kitchen staff during busy shifts
• Stay one step ahead—help where needed without being asked

Schedule & Availability

• Evening shifts (4pm–10pm) and Day Shifts (11a-4p) available
• Must be available nights and weekends

No Experience Required

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
