Lake Hour is a premium RTD cocktail brand crafting vodka iced teas and vodka & tequila seltzers, made for the moments you didn’t plan on staying, but did anyway.

We’re looking for a motivated, well-connected self-starter to help grow Lake Hour locally. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in brand marketing and events, and who naturally brings people together. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll bring Lake Hour to life at tastings, events, and local activations, building real connections and creating memorable first impressions.

As a Lake Hour Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent the brand in-market and in-community — driving awareness, trial, and authentic connection.

• Represent Lake Hour at off-premise tastings (grocery & liquor stores) and on-premise activations (bars, restaurants, and venues)

• Introduce consumers to Lake Hour’s premium RTD cocktails, flavor profiles, and brand story in a clear, approachable way

• Set up, execute, and break down sampling stations and small-scale activations

• Create positive first impressions that drive brand awareness and repeat purchase

• Host Lake Hour nights, tastings, and small local events

• Share Lake Hour authentically within your network and on social channels

• Create simple content (photos, videos, stories) from events and activations

• Gather on-the-ground feedback and share insights, photos, and event recaps with the Lake Hour team

• Represent the brand responsibly and compliantly, following all state laws and company guidelines

• Are interested in gaining experience in brand marketing, events, or partnerships

• You’re a self-starter who brings ideas to the table and takes initiative

• Are a natural connector who enjoys bringing people together

• Are outgoing, reliable, and comfortable starting conversations

• Have strong relationships in your local community

• Want hands-on experience helping grow an emerging brand

• 21 years of age

• Available for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Reliable transportation required

• A genuine enthusiasm for Lake Hour—you don’t just like the product, you get the vibe

• Naturally organized and dependable, able to work independently while staying connected to a team

• Clear, confident communicator who can think on their feet and adapt in the moment

• Warm, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations with people you’ve never met

• Thoughtful and observant, with an ability to read a room and adjust your approach

• Comfortable with light physical work, including standing for events, setting up displays, and carrying product

• Familiarity with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office is a plus, but not required
