Lake Harris Dental is seeking a friendly, highly organized, and motivated team member to become the first impression of our practice. This is more than a front desk position—you'll play a key role in welcoming patients, converting new patient calls into appointments, managing insurance and billing, and helping our practice grow through outstanding service.
What You'll Do
- Convert new patient calls into scheduled appointments
- Verify insurance, process claims, and manage billing
- Present financial arrangements and collect payments
- Keep the schedule productive and organized
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every patient
- Work closely with the doctor and team to achieve practice goals
We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience
- Dental insurance and billing experience
- Proven ability to convert calls into new patients
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Positive, friendly, and team-focused
