This role ensures accurate machine programming, maximizes production efficiency, minimizes material waste, and maintains the highest standards of quality and safety.
This position serves as a technical resource within the fabrication shop and supports production through skilled workmanship, troubleshooting, automation expertise, and continuous process improvement. While the role does not carry direct supervisory responsibility, it may provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to other fabrication personnel.
