You'll be responsible for building teams, driving revenue, improving performance, creating accountability, and helping establish us as the dominant HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical company in the Lake Gaston market.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Leadership

• Lead daily operations

• Develop and coach team members

• Hold managers and employees accountable

• Create a winning culture

• Recruit and retain top talent

• Conduct team meetings and performance reviews

Growth

• Drive revenue growth

• Increase profitability

• Improve conversion rates

• Grow memberships

• Develop local partnerships and community relationships

• Execute growth strategies with ownership

Operations

• Manage HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical departments

• Improve efficiency and productivity

• Monitor KPIs and scorecards

• Ensure processes are followed

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

• Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and production

Financial Performance

• Manage budgets and profitability

• Track revenue, gross profit, and net profit

• Improve average ticket and close rates

• Control labor and operational costs

• Drive overall company performance

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience

• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Home Service industry experience preferred

• Strong operational and financial understanding

• Ability to build and lead teams

• Recruiting and hiring experience

• Strong communication skills

• Accountability-driven leadership style

• Ability to make decisions and solve problems

Compensation

Base Salary Performance Bonus Growth Incentives

Compensation will be based on experience and proven ability to produce results.
