Job Reports To: Haley Rich, Manager, Promotions and Game Presentation
The Lake Erie Crushers are a professional baseball team that are a member of the Frontier League, a Major League Baseball Partner League. The Crushers established in 2009 are based in Avon, Ohio and their home stadium is Lake Erie Crushers Stadium. The stadium has a capacity of 5,000. Including 11 suites, four-person terrace tables, berm seating, picnic, and patio areas for group outings. The stadium has new artificial turf, concession stands, team shop, state of the art sound system and new video board. Avon is 18 miles west of Cleveland, Ohio, and part of the Cleveland metropolitan area.

The Lake Erie Crushers baseball team in Avon, OH is seeking enthusiastic Promotions and Fan Engagement Interns to represent our team at the ballpark and in the community this summer. As the “faces” of our organization, these interns should be positive, outgoing, adaptable, and motivated to build a career in the sports industry. This is a seasonal internship position which requires college credit and will last the duration of the 2025 season only.

Expectations
- Desire to learn, grow, and step outside of your comfort zone
- Positive attitude and willingness to perform “other duties as assigned”
- A passion for providing fun at the ballpark and being creative
- Availability for at least 43 out of 48 home games, plus community appearances
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, development, and execution of promotional elements
- Help coordinate promotional elements on gameday, such as giveaways, jersey auctions, honorary first pitches, National Anthem performers, and Kids Run the Bases
- Find contestants and execute promotional games and contests
- Assist fans at the Fan Services
- Make sure all promotional materials, props, and giveaways are ready on gameday and cleaned up at the end of the night
- Represent the Crushers at community events and mascot appearances (as needed)
This is an unpaid internship, and no housing is provided. College credit MUST be awarded for completion of this internship.
