Pharmacy Technician – Lake Elmo Compounding Pharmacy
Lake Elmo Compounding Pharmacy is seeking a friendly, motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. We are a specialized compounding pharmacy focused on personalized patient care and exceptional customer service.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, providing outstanding customer service, and being part of a collaborative healthcare team. Previous compounding experience is not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Prescription data entry
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Assisting patients and healthcare providers
- Shipping and packaging prescriptions
- General customer service
- Supporting pharmacy operations as needed
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota Pharmacy Technician Registration required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Closed daily from 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM for lunch
- No evenings
- No weekends
- No holidays
