Lake Effect Snow Removal is looking for motivated, reliable, and hard-working snow laborers to join our team. We are a family-owned business in Milwaukee, WI. We are a small business that values its employees and prides ourselves on providing the best working environment possible. Our goal is to provide the community with hard-working, friendly, safe, and efficient snow removal services. We specialize in commercial and industrial snow removal.
Skills:
- Snow Plowing Experience (Preferred)
- Hand shoveling and snow blower use
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to drive a company vehicle
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as trucks, skidsteer units, and other equipment
- Valid driver’s license (Required)
Responsibilities:
- Operate company vehicle safely and efficiently in all weather conditions including extreme cold. Snow Plowing experience is preferred.
- Safely operate equipment in all weather conditions including extreme cold. Snow Removal experience is preferred.
- Perform all job duties in accordance with company policies and procedures and all state regulations. Safety first mentality at all times, including wearing appropriate protective clothing and following safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
