Snow Removal Technician

Overview:

Be Green Pro is seeking reliable and experienced Snow Removal Technicians to join our winter operations team. This role is essential to maintaining safe and accessible customer properties during snow events. We are looking for candidates who are dependable, hardworking, and able to respond quickly when winter weather arrives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate snow removal equipment, including plow trucks and smaller machinery designed for tight or complex areas.
• Clear snow and apply ice-control products on residential and commercial properties.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Assist with facility tasks such as cleaning, organizing equipment, and preparing for upcoming snow events.
• Support marketing or shop maintenance activities as needed during downtime.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of snow removal experience.
• On-call availability for all snow events; failure to report without valid reason may result in termination per our no-tolerance policy.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in harsh winter conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (required for plow truck operation).

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
