Senior Program Assistant

The Senior Program Assistant is a valuable member of our Business Operations team who's primary function for position include the lead on LCHD surplus and auction items for the agency and manages the LCHD fleet for notification of maintenance notices and maintaining inventory of LCHD fleet. Provides support for BMB Inventory management record keeping and receipts. In addition to driving the LCHD Courier vehicle and delivering and picking up mail and if needed supplies from various LCHD sites  

Scheduled Hours: 37.5 hours per week

• Monday to Friday (7:30AM - 3:30PM)

• Acts as the lead in requests to auction, repurpose and or dispose of LCHD furniture, equipment and vehicles. Works closely with Facilities for logistical coordination of items. 
• Timely disposition of surplus items and work with third party Auction house to post items, schedule pickup and receive payment for items.
• Maintains Master inventory list of LCHD fleet and sends notification to Programs when time for scheduling of maintenance for LCHD vehicles. 
• Provides back up support for BMB Inventory management record keeping and receipts.   
• Conducts mail route in a safe and timely manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.  

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License and good Driving record
• Minimum of two-year office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite.
