What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Program Assistant position at Lake County?
Scheduled Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday (7:30AM - 3:30PM)
- Acts as the lead in requests to auction, repurpose and or dispose of LCHD furniture, equipment and vehicles. Works closely with Facilities for logistical coordination of items.
- Timely disposition of surplus items and work with third party Auction house to post items, schedule pickup and receive payment for items.
- Maintains Master inventory list of LCHD fleet and sends notification to Programs when time for scheduling of maintenance for LCHD vehicles.
- Provides back up support for BMB Inventory management record keeping and receipts.
- Conducts mail route in a safe and timely manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Requires High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License and good Driving record
- Minimum of two-year office experience preferred.
- Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite.
